Calcareous, loam, Karoo shale

Macro climate is Mediterranean. Meso-climate is influenced by everyday South Easter during summer and morning fog in winter with big variations in day/night temperatures.

Between the Langeberg and Riviersonderend Mountain range, West facing slope above the banks of the Breede River, South in the Robertson Wine Valley, Wakkerstroom Wes, R317, Arendsig Farm

Scent of spring blossom, jasmine, apricot and peach
Big structure, round, full bodied, lingers towards the back
10 Months on the lees in neutral, 225L barrels
