Soil:
Chalk, loam and Karoo shale

Climate:
Macro climate is Mediterranean. Meso-climate is influenced by everyday South Easter during summer and morning fog in winter with big variations in day/night temperatures.


Location of vineyard:
Vineyards are east to west facing, Mcgregor (Robertson)

Nose: Savoury mint, berries and dark plums
Pallet:
Full and rich tannins. Fruity and structured on the mid pallet
Maturation:
The wine will do well with maturation. Matured in French casks for 14 months
