Calcarious Clay soil

Climate:
Macro climate is Mediterranean.  Meso-climate is influenced by everyday South Easter during summer and morning fog in winter with big variations in  day/night temperatures. 

Location of vineyard:
Grown on the land of Peter De Beyers, Goree, Robertson.

Nose: Dark fruit, earthy and Tobacco
Pallet:
Round and rich with structured tannins
Matuaration:
12 months in 3x 3500L Foudre French wooden casks, first fill
